Love the page, I know it has a warning but is the warcrap download really needed on there though. Would hate for some newbie to stumble on it and use it on the server and get banned.

RE WarCrap, it has a long history of being used in 60men pball because Map Hack was the only hack that could create an unfair disadvantage, so by allowing EVERYONE to Map Hack, it made the game fair again.

However, I do not Map Hack while playing pball anymore, and its not just because it is RU policy. Map Hacking in pball has its own interesting disadvantages.

Say you have your Alleria selected, you go to kill the enemy Alleria, you have Map Hack on. You click the Alleria to kill it. Your Alleria goes right up to it and doesnt shoot it and gets itself killed!!!

This is becuase even though you thought you clicked on the Alleria, youre actually not technically able to see it (the game knows there SHOULD be fog there), so it doesnt attack, it just goes to that location.


Newbs have been warned not to hack on War2RU and I clearly said not to use it, and I wont be using it for the reasons above also. Its just for anyone who wants to mess around with it in their own games for fun. Also I think its the last download source on the internet!

If you don't endorse using hacks then take them off your webpage.  I'm just thinking how bad this is, all the paintball and other newbies joining your clan or signing up for your tournament being exposed to a hack download, with a wink wink nudge nudge don't use this disclaimer that only probably makes it look like a more intriguing advantage.  Take it down man

Like i said, in this particular custom, if Map Hack is used, it is likely to the DISADVANTAGE of the hacker which is pretty funny when you see it happen and you know that they are hacking.

PERSONALLY, I dont care if players map hack in my 60men tournament, however I will not be map hacking and I will ban Map Hacking to comply with RU policy.
Also, if someone asks for a screenshot, Map Hack is easily seen, and youre not able to turn it off once you turn it on so if you hack YOU WILL BE BANNED from RU, and will have to play campaign forever lol

Also, in my next tournament I'm hoping to have everyone pitch in $10 to a paypal account that will then give the winnings to the first place winner. In this case, it will be important that the games are completely fair, no map hacks, and I will probably require every game be recorded with War2Video and uploaded for proof.
