I actually do think the /remove feature should only be live for the first 3-5 mins of a game.
That feature is only meant to remove laggers or people not building.

ppl might start laggin at somepoint out of the blue and u need to have a way to remove em.

now host cannot use at all
ony player themself can use /obs me
no need ally or someting
comps will give viz automatically
but u not get viz from players, so u will be able to see only your team, so enemy players from other team can give viz then if they want
and main thing, when you use /obs me = you surrendered (like as if u leave the game) so you will get defeat in stats at end of game (regardles who win)
only people who was obs from start (from lobby) will get auto viz from all players and should get draw or win at end of game

so this makes impossible to abuse for host
and players can be obs in middle of game if they want (but considered like surrender)

One more request - can the neutral player be an enemy instead of ally?

Also, in a game someone went obs and their allies all left.  The obs person was still there and the game didn't end.  Anyway to fix that?

While we are asking for random shit, can you make it so when I type /Venmo me it takes a fiver from a random player and sends it to me?

This is nonsense, my requests are critical to game play.

Yes.

can the neutral player be an enemy instead of ally?
No.
Your buildings will continue to distract the enemy and help the ally this way.
(yes other situations are possible, but not very often / not so critical)

P.S.:
In any case "self-proclaimed obs" w/o confirmation of at least one enemy(or host) - is a raw solution.
P.P.S:
BTW host still needs some more rights in his game.

Cool. I thought I saw the neutral be an allied building to all instead of just allies.

What is the harm of self-proclaimed obs? I can't see any problem with that. Why make things more complicated than they need to be?

Available was very wrong.  The buildings of enemies who go into obs now become neutral and allied.  So you have to attack each building individually instead of letting patrol do the work.  Can that be fixed so they stay as enemy buildings?

Player is right. Could this be fixed? Seems like the original gameplay has been altered and not to the better. The other day I was expo'ing at 2 and wanted to build towers so I started building one that I had space for thinking it would destroy the buildings but it didn't. There was also a farm making my peons take a long detour. All in all very annoying

No, I was not mistaken, may be incorrectly formulated, sorry for my bad English then. I will try to describe it here futher.

omg...
At first in ORIGINAL gameplay you need to turn ON ally on watcher and OFF if you need the units behavior like you written.
so, then it
Seems like the original gameplay has been altered and not to the better
is nonsense.

"Hostile buildings" is not a solution,
On the contrary, it is creating a more serious problem:

Imagine that you play NWTR 2 vs 2,
you were killed
you going /obs...
But your buildings stay as "enemy" and continue to distract the enemy catapults, that clearly helps your ally win... BG.

The player should have the ability to set or remove alliances for "killed /obs", but Edo is too lazy for now to fix it. Waiting... lol.
