There is a rule against abusive behavior on the server.  The rule was put to the community and approved by a vote.  Therefore the temp ban on Van was justified.  Warbux, I don't see how you could have missed all the discussion and voting on the subject!

They made the poll but they never officially put the rule into place, and the way the screenshot was reported does not go by procedure. There is no SS on ss.war2.ru with /ping showing van[z] in the game so this ban should have never happened.

Okay that is true.

It was only for 24 hours thou and van is now unbanned. I would say from now on users must /ping to show everyone in the game in order to report a transgressions.

That picture rules.  I never said I have any problems handling Van's dumb comments, but the world has moved on from that sort of 90s shit talk and the community has had it with some of the things he says.  It was time for the rules to move on as well based on the responses we got.
