can't force him to remove hack from his website but he shouldnt be allowed to put his website on any post or signature
either in game or forum

The only solution here is to locked up the accounts.

Sure keep them, some use them in single player for fun. There already is a disclaimer, should be enough. If a person wanted to  hack they will lol, doesn't take much to find a hack apart from a simple google search.
