So my windows 11 updated to 24h2 on it's own a few weeks ago and ever since I randomly get what feels like hardware lag. Suddenly my game just bogs down to 1fps and I slowly lag the game out for everyone. Since the latest cumulative update it mostly only happens while observing now. I have tried turning off optimizations for windowed games, disabled hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, and a bunch of other things but I am out of ideas. I am unable to revert to a previous build without reformatting entirely which I would prefer to avoid. Any ideas?
