Hacks?

So i'm not some computer nerd, i dont know shit in fact.  Was playing game 2v2 earlier with hmmmm and twn-cancel and i had some noob ally.  obviously even 2v1 i was raping them.  i know im not the nicest guy or anything online, i like to troll.  but this hmmmm fellow paused game immediately disc.  and on pause screen i could not drop him, could not type, no nothing.  and then when i had to task management or whatever to leave game, go back to chat and cancel and this fucking guy are gloating saying "u lose, had to disc."  my ally also said he couldnt type, game was paused, and hmmmm disconnect.  but we couldnt drop him.  i have never seen such a thing.  i might be a troll but i never hack.  this is pathetic.

so it showed disconnect menu and available to drop, but couldn't drop ? this happens in starcraft 1 i think but not sure why it happens. @fois

He is exploiting a bug in widescreen patch, not a hack.

I won't share how it's done here, it might be patchable by the author but there is no way to block it on the victim side.
