It's been a long time since we have done a 1v1 tournament and was requested by more than 1 player to host one.

Fre$h, I noticed that you haven't added the war2.ru link to the title of all of your videos. I'll put it in mine to demonstrate.

Will this tournament be played with the same War2 classic game balance as it has  been forever, or are you going to make it work with this small option in Lobby to allow Blizzard Remaster Rebalance ?

Here is a hype video. I dont think they will be doing archersz version in championship. I saw a humans player using them and knew he was from remastered.

Hey guys I got a few questions
I was thinking of doing the same thing but since you're already doing this, why not do it in a way that's going to attract new players to the game? How many people can join and where do you sign up?

Instead of giving the money to the top 3 , why not give 50% to the top 3 and 50% randomly to new players that sign up and play in the tournament? I just started a youtube channel a few weeks ago and it's gaining a bit of traction, i could push this to a lot of people and probably drum up some interest Like 10 random $50 prizes.

Also why not do a map format that'll make for interesting content - old/ef i mean you're basically limiting the players that have a chance of winning to like 5 players. I was thinking one way in one way out to start (get the first few rounds done early) maybe nwtr followed by FOC/low or something.. I mean, it's your tournament but I just figured it could be a good opportunity to push the game hard.

We've always had this issue. The problem is too many (dbag) players will pretend to be new, and they aren't. It's happened before. People even do it now w/out the tourney. We've done non-pro tournaments, but it seems tier 3 and below don't have interest, as they are less competitive people imo.

No max number of people can join. GOW is what everyone feels most comfortable playing. Many top players won't play otherwise. Duda has hosted many of these other tournaments before with some success but not close to a big GOW tourney success. If only 2-3 of the top 10 players play, it's still just destruction until semi-finals. GOW has more people watching as well. U8 can get over 100 players on his stream.

Usually, you'll see players practicing the week of. I haven't seen anyone. Not sure how well this one is going to work out.
