Abusing "obs" command in the game

Multiple players have used Obs or kill command at the end of game because they’re mad they lost etc.  good feature but needs to be updated so it’s not abused or just remove it.

I actually do think the /remove feature should only be live for the first 3-5 mins of a game.
That feature is only meant to remove laggers or people not building.

This feedback was given in the beginning of dev. Ive been apart of team games and fought until the end and then went obs, and I've been in the same scenario and the host obs the wrong color by mistake essentially ending the game. I think I would rather correct the latter , i.e. if I'm alive at the end I can just hide or deal with my building vs allowing an obs after say 5 min which could result in a gay or a mistake
