I don't have one. I can hardly even log into an email account as it is.  I personally know a few players that store IPs of virtually everyone's primary name, and then when smurfs log on they just match the IP to a primary name. I may have asked such players on a few occasions to identify a smurf.

Most "high level" regulars have some sort of ip sniffer I feel like.. and they got it from people like Jordan, claw, or a couple others who have the ability to make the pretty basic program

Vision doesn't do anything... the biggest thing that happens when I peak out is knowing what someone will do before they do it.

U can give me vision but it doesn't affect the game.

Nope you can easy counter early/mid game with vision, he is at 6? Youcan easy power with few grunts ouside for cat, he got 11? You see that he just tech so no need make grunts, he go dual? Easy to counter it and many more
