i do like the initiative to add new maps to the ladder if they're getting played enough, seems like all that's needed is a quick once over to make sure any candidate isn't a complete dog shit map strata has made a ton of nice looking maps & spend a lot of time active on the server playing them, i support giving them some recognition on the ladder!

i found it, it was a february post in the nerd's corner thread in the mods&development thread.  i dont know why szwag is acting like we're idiots for not seeing and remembering that.

Maybe we could announce like one new ladder map a month and see if that gets the new map played on.  Could be a fun map designing competition type thing where the stakes are getting your map into the ladder pool.

i had the best gow remake     (i also ran the most successfull solo ladder on .ru((i also troll thrown losses in a team ladder coz they used a different platform and it was not gonna make it anyways(((decap still hate me for it)))  (my best trolling was allstar..from mad to rage to lul)

kept it classic, and made 6/8 like 12/2 with minor changes

combat edition is not complete untill my buddies custom voices are added, proper music is added, and my GOW CE (combat edition) are added.

if my demands are met i will get a high profile/blizzard influencal guy to give us some publicity

its so hard to just choooseee 1 tho!! when there is sooo many maps in that pack with great potential for ladder games... even some wc3 remakes
id rather do like 5 every 6 months or something thatll be cool I think we should patch the whole game with new ddraws an map packs every 6 months that would be amazing also I been tryinh yo get some 1 to code a ddraw where u can see the game map after DL insdie the game lobby fois and a few others said it was possible!!

got to be like:

's' size
'j' jpeg quality

It hasn't been tested in a UNICODE environment - not sure if that will change the way it reads the filename, but I think it should work if you use that name.

or if your system hides the ".exe" so you just see "PUDPIC" then just name it PUDPICs1024j90
