ok to make smaker vids...

1.have a old pc or vm a win95 98 2000 xp
2.install k lite codecs on it
3.get winff for making avi's and wav's, audacity also
4.get http://www.radgametools.com/down/Smacker/SmkTools.exe

  that should doit! ...my vids are looking better at 3000 than the standard war2 1750 bitrate im saying u could have a 6000 at the cost of size ...which right now the size ratio is on the wav why audacity may be needed as it can lower them lower than a mp3

heck no ull hurt your squirter..for war2 tc's, 1 is complete that im currently messing with(a wargus one),but having trouble with artifacts in my sprites dam u white backgrounds!

i forgot
5.u have to mix your smk and wav of same file in the mixer in smacker...why winff is a great tool 22050 audio

update been trying to get a .pal to make it work for win7 ..close but no cigar yet
