kanter wont even be allowed on the court in the playoffs, he's too big of a defensive deficiency. 

so if you look at that series vs the spurs they lost the first two without ibaka, then won two, then lost two, the final one in OT.  if they had ibaka all series you cant really say what wouldve happened, but even more, that spurs team pasted the heat and was awesome in general.  the thunder didnt lose because of a specific weakness and certainly not one that enes kanter is going to fill.

spurs win game 1 by 17 points.
spurs win game 2 by 35 points.
spurs lose game 3 by 9
spurs lose game 4 by 13 (westbrook went off for 40 pts and 10 assists)
spurs win game 5 by 28
spurs win by game 6 by 5 in overtime.

spurs had nearly two 30+ point wins in the series rofl, and another near 20. so they were absolute dominant in 3 of the 6 games and their losses were close.

now look at the series stats, who the hell scored? it was all durant and westbrook, with fucking reggie jackson the third leading scorer off the bench for 11ppg. to think they couldn't benefit from  another scorer who can put up 18/19ppg is stupid, not to mention better offensive rebounding.

No wonder Utah was anxious to give Rudy Gobert more minutes. Kanter is a sieve against the pick-and-roll. no one's arguing that he's a good defender, and what is booker talking about , kanter has never put up stats on utah like he has been doing on okc.
kanter is the best big okc has ever had, despite the weak defense, and they're going to be good because of him.
monroe is shit at defense and not offensively talented as kanter and he signed a same deal.
