I imagined this guy in my mind man.... He beat all the players in 1999 by using his foot to hit the spacebar.

His name (in my mind), as I imagined it... was AB.

Then there was this other guy that beat all the players in 1999 with one hand. But was using his 1 hand as though it were 2. He then used his right foot to turn the monitor from left to right while playing to give him the best view at the various stages of the game.

This is not tiers for a tournament or something, its just merely a list to see where the community as a whole perceives players to be ranked. It's a pretty easy concept if you want to contribute, I laid it out in the first post.

Thanks Nedro for your adds. I didn't do the multi tier jumps though, I only counted them as one spot.
