U.S.A. War2 Festival March 2017 ( St. Louis Missouri area)

I'm considering hosting a War2 Festival about 30 miles west of St. Louis Missouri mid-March 2017. Just trying to get some feedback if people are interested. 

It would be same concept as what Jesk has done with the European crew.

What I'm thinking is people could drive/fly to the area, I could shuttle to a nearby hotel/motel (prices starting around $50 a night in the area.. maybe reduce costs by splitting room with someone) .. then shuttle players back and forth between hotel and my house. I'd set up a LAN system in my basement. 

Just drinking beer, playing war2, maybe some pool (I have a pool table)

Gaming hours would probable be something like

Fri - 6pm to midnight
Saturday - noon to midnight
Sunday - noon to 9pm

I would come I suppose. I got thousands of unused flier miles I need to burn at some point, so why not.

I think I could pretty easily host a dozen or so people..

Open to people of all skill levels.. opportunity to maybe learn from other players.. focus would be GOW ef but I'm sure wed break out some other maps

Zero tolerance for harassment/bullying/people that can't handle alcohol.. most of us are nerdy/awkward in one way or another

Players would have to transport their gaming machines/equipment.

If that's too big of an issue I could check out local gaming places to see about renting an area out or something.

St. Louis is pretty central in the U.S. I'd like to be able to just set it all up at the house.. save the cost of renting space.. and I have the room for it.. and hotels around Chicago get pricey

So we bring our own machines? Do you have a router capable of wifi, port forwarding? Every user will need to change port and forward it because we all will have the same ip. You thinking of using the pvpgn servers or ipx mode?

Got a WiFi router.. 100mbps  upload but most of it would be through LAN like the euro do .. my dad is network engineer he'd help me set it all up

Between gas, hotel, and food you're probably looking at less than $400 regardless of where in the US you are.. u can't save $400 in 5 months ?
