Game Monitor Web App - Notifications of new games

Here is a new app for notifying when new games are hosted when you're alt+tabbed: http://server.war2.ru/status/mon/

- Lists all hosted games (both open & started)
- Lists all games hosted since you opened the app
- Plays a sound when new games are hosted
- Allows monitoring specific map(s) and only plays sound when those are hosted **
- Allows monitoring any map that has a certain word in the name (e.g. "chop" or "BNE")

** if you want to monitor specific maps REMOVE "All Maps" from the right side list first or it will override your selections.


List any maps that should be added. And make sure to tell all your friends, game monitor is going to turn this server around...


Feature requests:

- volume slider
- add custom maps
- exclude certain hosts
- selectable sound effect

Yes still look good even on my mobile. Should make it so it remebers our maps and choices.

Edit: does not play the sounds on my mobile but did pc I was getting bells sounds. Fix it for mobile please.

I mean there are so many more things that could be done for $0 to help get to the 10,000 target.
Yet these guys seriously talked about, then implemented an app which not only is going to not attract new users . It will actually push them away (even more over  complication)

I don't think this was developed with the requirement of attracting new users, more of an existing need. Server cheese budget is separate from its monetary one. (Besides I think blids credit card is already maxed out, so eh?)

This is what a don't get . It's a solution to a problem that doesn't make sense

It's like you blow a tyre in your car and instead of fixing the tyre , these guys invented a car with 3 wheels . Wouldn't it be better to simply fix the tyre ( get the 10,000 players)

Naw, it was definitely a need. Sure it is a solution to a problem, a problem that was on the list of server problems that need to be addressed. This one is crossed off [emoji11]
