Is a good general purpose editor, but it also requieres original Warcraft 2 datafiles, so will be better other that are portable. Also seems that those included are modified?? have you tested it?

Yes that is my server the .zip file is hosted on. I found that puddraft awhile back and put a copy of war2 data files in that zip with other map editors that can be used as plugins. This package has everything thing you need to be portable. Also works on my window 10 home!



EDIT: yes those might be the dos files after i installed a mod maybe. But work fine for the map editor. A quick google you can find the original if there is a problem.

No open puddraft it's a complete map editor. The plugins folder has 2 map editors, used for plugs. With this you can't change graphics it's not that advanced in game editing. But it's features make it the best map editor. If you want to edit graphics use WarDraft.

Ok, i get it. War2ru allow to use custom graphics in online mode?

the easiest map maker is the standard blizzard one..quick maps! use war2exed to edit units or if u want to get into fancy editing use the more advanced dos unit editors/newer unit editors.

This map editor does all of that easycompany. It also uses the advanced unit edit as a plug in lol.

Yes you can edit the grp file and use different images that work online.

The UDTA plugin is really good, but seems changes are not working, i mod a Flying machine to allow target/attack units, but seems it doest not attack in game.

Could be the plugin system is failing due to incompatable operating system. Also I wonder if it's because it's not being ran as admin.

You can open it and use it manually if you want to use it.

i mean to dude even if you put it, it still wont i think just gives you the attack icon last i remember.

had a terrible time with a bship even though he shot at air, he cant damage air.some kinda something else needs changed.

if you make a custom pud ...put it in the user pud creation post keep them all together.
