It's only skippy because it's skippy on your end. When I've viewed them after I am done, I dont see the skipping which means the skipping took place on your end due to the high bitrate that I use. To stop it from doing that you need to change the bitrate from "source" to probably 720 or lower. And it's stretched because I cant stand black borders. I like war2 full width and so what you are seeing is exactly how I see war2. It also fills up the entire stream screen as well. However, there WAS a day or two where the stream was skippy because I was doing it from my 4G connection. I dont stream from 4G normally. Now that I've got cable at my summer camp, I can stream just fine. Where as before I was on 4G and it's not such a good idea with the high bitrates that I like to use.
