some custom maps are actually very technical. they just use different skills. chop can be very technical the later the game gets. more technical in gow in some respects.

i agree a lot are more or less "mindless" tho that just require decent builds/build orders and fast clicking.

Maps like pball are closer to playing checkers than an RTS games.

Not really just because u suck at them doesn't mean u have to bash them. Great thing about war2 is diversity...not everyone is good at one map.

hah, funny you should say that. I remember back on bnet playing pball like 10x and I was already better than most players at it. Not much to it at all. If I played it hundreds of times like you, I would be the best. Tho its not much to brag about, kind of like bragging about being good at tic tac toe.

An average gow player could play pball 20 times and be decent at it. An average pball player could play gow 1000 times and still wouldn't even be decent. That shows the amount of skill the maps take.

is there a way i can get war2 ru on my mac? I got a new computer but I guess the normal dl does not work for this type of PC (a Macintosh). Can anyone help me please?
