Question for FCLI-Vizzer

He says every time he is in a game and it starts, it drops him and says something to the effect of "unable to authenticate map"

he was asking me what new update he needs.. i didnt think that problem would be because of an update but idk.

he also said he did try uninstalling war2 and re-installing... still getting same problem.

anyone know what's going on?

Names that were stolen by USA~archer are locked from gaming by iL. Locked names receive that authentication error when trying to game. I believe an admin can unlock it after confirming identity of rightful owner. Ask the Virgin Mary for unlock.

Oh yeah if his account still is game banned that could be the issue.  Can he play on other names?  If so, he just needs to change his FLCI-Vizzer password and then let me know it's been changed and I can unlock it.
