Anyone ran an ultra before?

I've never run a marathon but I'm thinking about doing a 50k trail run 'ultra' in Feb. I average about 18 miles a week right now, anyone do any long distance running?

I own a husky so a walk everyday is a long distance run for me [emoji39]

I wouldn't recommend running that far.  Seems a bit too far, to me.

Running is good, but I think running that far is overdoing it.  That's just my opinion, no offense meant to all the hardcore runners out there.
