You can edit the titles of your threads yourself, can't you, just by editing the OP?  So why not try it and see what I do.  Tbh I don't really know; it's better than anything containing the word "nigger" but racism is disallowed from the main boards so any obviously racist thread title that's gonna keep popping up on the recent posts list could be subject to editing.  Like I also said, the thread title wouldn't be as big a deal if it didn't show up in the recent posts list, so maybe there's a switch that can be turned off on the admin end.
