Do you drink raw milk?

Yea but not often and when I do its usually raw goat milk.  I get it from a farmer that comes to toronto every saturday and sells it. Top quality stuff. Maybe I will pick some up this weekend. The difference between this and what is classified as milk in the store, is night and day.

So not pasteurized?

Yup, not pasteurized or homogenized. This keeps all the enzymes intact and doesn't kill all the beneficial probiotics found in raw milk. Pasteurization also denatures proteins, and destroys some of the vitamins as well.

Whenever I run across a raw milker I think about some story I heard on the radio a few years ago when people got sick from some raw milk from farms in PA and they talked to some guy who sold raw milk and he was like "yeah, people always come in here asking me about GMO's and hormones and shit but no one ever asks about bacteria testing and stuff that can actually kill them, lol."
