back up server

This may seem like common sense, but for those like me who don't know better:

When I double click to launch war2 it gives me an "abort, retry, ignore" error.  If you hit ignore it will launch War2.  Then you hit M then E to get to Connect screen.  At connect screen there is a drop down for server and you can change the server to Moustepher's server.

Sorry if this seems obvious, but I didn't know this drop down existed so wanted to share.  Hopefully will get a game in before I crash.

That's because the main server is down and the loader is telling you that. You can bypass it by going to the root war2 folder and execute nocdloader.exe or simply click if ore on message... its annoying to me too.

That's list you can edit and add more servers if you would like to learn about them I hosted a channel Tech Support and I plan to spend some time helping people. I'm working on a bot ticket system.

I had just read a lot of posts about back up servers and where to play while main server was down, but no post simply stated "change the server drop down from the connect screen" after you launch war2.  I thought I would try to simplify into layman's terms for the non tech savvy players like myself.

Players on the back up server went from 5 to 20 in less than an hour since I posted this after spending 20 minutes waiting for a 1v1 (sad i waited that long, i know).  Maybe it's a coincidence.

Keep it simple.

sorry, that shit happened with backup server now.
I had to implement the same protection as on the main one.

Backup should work fine now.
