That footage went viral and began all of the protests that have been flooding the streets of Baltimore and sweeping the nation ever since. Now, after claiming the police had been harassing and intimidating him after he went public with the footage, Kevin Moore and two members of Cop Watch – Chad Jackson and Tony White – have been arrested tonight in Baltimore.

AMY GOODMAN: That was Feidin Santana, who filmed the police killing of Walter Scott in North Charleston, South Carolina, and the apparent police planting of a Taser gun once he was lying on the ground handcuffed, face down, not clear if he’s dead or dying. The Scott family’s attorney described Santana as a hero. Chris Stewart said, quote, "We have to really recognize the strength and fortitude and fearlessness that it took to come forward when you know you just filmed a police officer murder somebody." Santana told MSNBC he was so afraid of retaliation after filming the incident, he considered deleting the footage and leaving town. But he brought the footage to Scott’s family after seeing how police were describing the shooting.

I remember one from like 5 years ago where a cop has some vet on the ground at the side of the street, and the cop is like put your hands behind your back and the guy does and then the cop shoots him and keeps screaming at him "put your hands behind your back" or something similar and the guy is like "I'm trying, stop shooting, I'm trying" and the cop shoots him like 5 more times and then the department engaged in a long-term harassment campaign of the guy who filmed it.  Trying to google it now but I can't remember enough details to find it.

Welp, it's safe to say this is yet another autistic spree killer.  If they're not just totally insane like Holmes, they always seem to be autistic.  Autists just don't have the same empathy for fellow human beings, and that lack of empathy is what allows them to murder tons of people and take their points.  Autism isn't why they do it, but it's what allows them to do it.
