I think a warning would be best as well.  The penalties for the spamming rule leave the admins to pick and choose through various degrees of punishment for the first offense (it is his first offense right?).  I don't see anything in the rules that says anything about punishing for trying to evade a ban or even bot abuse.  Now we're just building on this rule from the perspective of one admin.  I don't think that this should have escalated to all these punishments.  I'm not trying to defend what he's done, but this decision is unfair.  Things such as this make me consider accepting Ganz's admin nomination in order to keep things like this in check.  Even so, this ruling system is broken and the flaws in it can be seen every time they're exercised. 

Couldn't we just have a bot in the main channel to ban spammers from the channel for a certain amount of time?

thanks for taking a strong action blid, its really pleasing to see... Ryu's bots were brought up many times by many people and now boom, he's using it for abuse.

This also raises an important question - what can and what cant be done in ryus "private" channel? do a special set of rules apply? I think its retarded and users should follow standard rules. Shittalk is allowed, hence bhc-master didnt break any rules in that particular case. Am i right?

Claw didn't do anything, that was BHC-Master who came in and said some stuff (also not spamming).

Anyway, it's a big problem to have a user that uses a bot army as a weapon to spam attack people.

Honestly I'm not sure why he needed to have 10 bots in his channel at all times anyway.  What was the purpose of those bots?  Besides spamming.
