No hes not, just there is some development needed to fully fix the problem 100%.

You are out of luck with any bnet server chat, not server.war2.ru only.
That is how war2bne works with win 8. And this problem have not been resolved yet.

That is how war2bne works with win 8. And this problem have not been resolved yet.

He means that this problem is a known issue with all battle.net legacy games i.e. warcraft 2, starcraft, and diablo. Not just warcraft.

Try pressing "alt-j" to join games or "alt-c" (this one I'm not too sure)to create games?
