lol u maked it with script.bin (possible desync and drop in multiplayer because using diff file)
i will release some plugin in 3-4 days
u can more easy make it with c++ code
and not need to change old MPQ
it can load files just from folder

Can't wait to see the plugin.

As far as the dropping, the script.bin is exactly the same (just pointing to different images in the same sprite selection).  There are no event/prog changes in the files.
I've tested this many games in multiplayer with great success (not a single drop/desync).  I imagine if you are changing the event/prog lines of each single script, then yes, a desync is likely.

hey mistral so  i had made a mpq mod that changed the building designs to like wc3 designs .. can we make a script for that if i were to redo them an clean them up? an not need to use mpq?

yes u can make plugin load custom skins from folder
no need any MPQ or someting

actually i jus realised i do u se a plug in lambchop made it it uses the same plug in we use now for wc2 u jus drop it in the folder an itll use the new buildings

another question ... does the minimap in lobby plug in not work with wc2 hd?

lambchops maked new LC.DLL for HD version
and new lobby map HD
if u use old version then yes its will NOT work

I have managed to make a whole new tileset that changes all warcraft 2 unit/buildings through Ed gorod's code. Plus some needed tweaks with war2patch.
It's called Sunset valley tileset (still not released)
