Indeed let’s see more pple feedback. In my case I prefer to know the game map, game speed and game mode before joining a game.

First to all complaining, this is selectable and optional at game start so, that's that.  it's cool.
Second, i haven't read all the replies in this thread yet,,   so sorry in advance if something was already mentioned..

all these changes, as all changes in any other game imply a different gameplay style, so I'm cool with trying them out, althought, personally I'd mostly stick to classic gameplay

now for the feedback:

-Knights
i haven't done a thorough test of these but does autoheal really help the knights even out vs lusted ogres?
How about give slow spell to knights ?
no, giving knights more default speed than ogres (someone mentioned it) would make them definetly OP  , gameplay would drastically change, the knights would become the raiders and map dominators while the lusted ogres would need to become the goldflow guard protectors.... this is a definetly no.
maybe if it was like a new spell where it costed mana for a sprint, maybe....

Catapults/Ballistas
again, haven't tested but repairing cats and ballistas sounds OP, , I can see this becoming more of a war of who pumps and sends more peons to repair....it's taking out the intrinsic value of the catapult/ballista.......
  i'd agree  if the repairing takes a lot of time, like the peon repairs 1hitpoint per 2 seconds or something like that and only 1 peon allowed to repair at a time....

the tower selecting target sounds fun and adds cool gameplay. props

- someone mentioned and I agree would be nice something to be done to get archers more into gameplay althought I cant think of anything that doesn't make them too op...

here's a new one.
is an allied resource transfer something doable? if so, apply but with restrictions. resource receiving aplicable only to allied players who reached castle/fort.  and with a penalty, like take 50% of the resource transfered. (Kind of like adding some extra teamwork _dead player revival_ gameplay without it becoming an exploitable gameplay where one player does all the wood the other does all the gold n shit.. :P)

I played this the other night briefly.

1. Rally points need to go, they are not part of war2.
2. Tower bug needs to remain, it's one key thing that has made war2 what it is.
3. Ballista fix I'd actually be fine with on
4. Tower selecting units also has to go. It is not a part of the game and removes a lot of strategic elements from play.

That being said, it was nice to be able to select to play the different mode or not. I couldn't really care less what you featured in that mode as long as you don't change the main game.

A better idea would be, have check boxes in the lobby of the different mode to turn each function on and off. Probably a lot of work.

PS. Equinox loves edited MPQ.

Agreed, we definitely need "Triggers" to be a game mode instead of having to host it from another channel.

Sg is like, we love different mode but it must be the same damn game.

You can do that already.  What is missing is the trigger game mode option.

Of course no!
Tower bug, and "jumping" - we are not going to fix it in the framework of the War2
Rebalanced mode.

If tower bug is not fix then just remove this feature too, cuz selecting the unit you wanna attack is even worst then fixing the tower bug.

I never post on this forum. This is Angel~fire. I am not a fan of the repair cats. other than that, i love what you've done. especially the healing paladins. it makes things a lot more even and fun. Thanks for changing it up and keeping it fun!!

Test autoheal vs bloodlust!  :wc2:

Weird tests :/ How can you check anything this way when Bloodlust is working as a random dmg bonus? If I remember correctly that bonus is insanly random, something between +8-24 dmg with every hit.
