Thanks man. Been exciting getting this far now. Finally making it the weekends without drinking. Member of the YMCA for a few days a week and starting to rotate through some work out DVDs plus our TNARICKs Gym/Body Blazerz regiment. Going to be some fun results pictures the next couple months.

My highest weight was 280+ and I'm down to 230. 14 lbs was just the contest weight.

We made it to 5 months! So close to half a year. Been doing great with TNARICK's Gym/Body Blazerz + hitting up the YMCA now a few times a week. The great part is the people we have inspired along the way. Gonna keep going! This is for life.
