Warcraft 2 Twitch integration plugin+program

woah thats bad azz makes me wanna stream... gj man.. mistral mayne u can help me out with something lambchop made me back in the day ... he made a prog that turns my images into grp files so i can replace the buildings in war2 with my own art but i tried to do it recently an its turning the images into sht... let me know if u are willing to help with this im on discord too .. thx man

well i can just show you how we maked sprites for our mods
we use special prog to edit png files then convert to grp

ya so lambchop had made me a thing called "wc2_pallete" which i drop the bmp into it an it corrects the colors for wc2 .. then another program called "2grp" which i name the 2 pictures "barracks000" and "barracks001" an it turns it into the grp file then i have another file called "grpext.w2p" whish is the plug in i put in my plug in folder an it makes it all work in game... the problem im having is the wc2_pallete he made me when i drop the images in there it comes back out all scramblely

you still need to have like all normal needed colors or something
