What is the most simple solution to have sound bar work for TV AND DVD

So It's easy to get a soundbar that has blue tooth capabilities. Do they make DVD players and TV's with blue tooth capabilities where you can just connect the TV and DVD player to the soundbar that has bluetooth capabilities? So you dont have to run wires back and forth?
