Users are unable to change votes (I left that checkbox unchecked).  Vote comments are encouraged and enabled.  This poll is simple.  Make the change or not.  I voted no for obvious reasons.

And how do I make it so people can see who voted without being an admin.  AFAIK only an admin can do that.  Here are the options I see.

No, what you have is an opinion on what would be better for a change,  not whether it should ACTUALLY be implemented.  BTW,  take this to the other thread with the not so locked poll   Clearly my war2 skills are better than my poll making skills lol.
