nice, i appreciate that you took the time to put this list together! it's cool to see who's been active & always interesting to get people's perspective on skill ratings. can you break down what you look for in each skill level? like what qualities/indicators in someone's playing you look for to decide what ranking they will get

My list are not base from who play me or anyone else.
My list are also not base from the past.

Exemple viruz, people will told me viruz should be A+, fuck no, he dont even play anymore.
I like to gift people who keep that games alive.
And even if he was still playing, that dont mean hes still an A+ player, he have to proove it first!

I base my list on 1v1 old gow ef pov. 

That dont mean other maps or team games dont mean shit, but most of the majority are actually playing old gow ef.

Take by exemple, z clan and other kind of players or actually playing a couples of different maps, but there nobody in these guys who can even beat A- group, so i dont see any reasons to take that serious for the moment. 

Now take by exemple braviet and spb, they play hsc and foc and they are at least in a group A, but there not enouph peoples to take that serious for the moment.

Both situation have my respect, i like peoples who play different maps, but its not enouph serious to take it in consideration FOR THE MOMENT.

Now.... How i rate every players in that list.

It's easy... If by exemple i want to rate KacnaPoB

I will start to see if he can beat A+ group or 50% of that group on old gow ef, the answer is no,
Then i will do the same with group A, the answer is still no,
group A-, still no,
group B+, probably 2 or 3 players but still dont reach 50%
group B, probably around 50% but just to be sure and make him time to proove himself, i will put him in B-.

Paperboy is defintaly an A. If he plays seriously and doesnt do a joke startegy. A- at the very least defintaly not a B.

The probleme with paperboy is the fact that he is rusty.

I dont say he will not climb up to A but for now he really belong there.

And i really think max belong where he is right now.

Too bad I have beat many of your A-'s, some of the A's and your A+'s.    We beat A's all the time on random maps.  We beat braviet and zeke in maze 2v2 series.  Equinox doesnt know shit cause he can barely play one map.
