Wow, I wasn't sure if they were actually going to follow through with putting War2 on there. Now it happened!

iL, can I buy War2 from gog, and then use a gateway editor to add war2.ru, and then use both?  Or will 2.0.2.1 be incompatible with .ru?

1. Broken text box in classic mode with bnet.
2. Poor udp packets you cant host or join without portforwarding!!!!!!!!!!
3. Empty like always rofl




You have to port forward!!!! Also weird the text box is all fucked up!

Sure, you can!
You also can download it for free and use with no legal cd-key.

And yes, you also can use GOG war2 to play on our server.

But not i'm thinking how to make combat based on GOG war2. Need to make combat compatible with GOG!

Now the problem is they use 2.0.2.1, that is not compatible with our tools: warvideo, warlatency, zawarlat, war2observe, not sure about war2insight.
Maybe several more utilities.

If you use the old bnet classic the color fix will make war2 think it's a virus that modified war2... that why the text box is all broken. The sad thing is you have to port forward or you will get the udp poor packets 6112 message.

That's why you cant use the new direct draw on official servers. They would need to update the server end.

So it throws us in random channels by country a numbers so it will be a bitch to find our community.

if GOG fails .. it seems pretty inevitable that Warcraft 2 will fail, regardless of the existence of the two current servers
