a thread that has nothing to do with server.war2.ru now belongs in a server.war2.ru forum in claw's mind. good to know. that means we should never hear him complain about moving threads any more.

its a general consensus that threads heavily about this forum or server.war2.ru section in particular are allowed here

Your newcomer starter pack isn't without value Claw, but what it translates into is "Hey new users, our mods can't control these X people so mute them for your own peace of mind" -- not a great message to send. We're in the process of implementing new moderation techniques that will hopefully obsolete the need for such workarounds.

I was noticing the welcome thread myself yesterday. What d'you guys think, time to retire that one?
