Seriously, this is not evidence for a ban, not even close.  Look at the map, 9 isn't explored, 11 isn't explored, 4 isn't explored.  The damn middle isn't explored.  There could be a keep ANYWHERE.  Seeing as 6/8 has a big dual going, do you believe CBuH only made 7 buildings?  He's been banned for this before I believe and that time he was innocent and had a hidden hold by the water behind 6 iirc.
