How the fuck do you do a Middleton for Curry trade straight up? that shit gets vetoed in every good league. What's even more ridiculous is that I offered Donovan Mitchell (much better player) and he didn't answer.

Curry can't be kept and Middleton as a 9th rounder is a strong keeper.  The other team is cashing out on this season and rebuilding for next, so you can't judge the trade from a traditional straight up standpoint.

It's possible he never saw your Mitchell offer but he made a few posts on the league page saying he wanted more/better offers for Curry and I guess he didn't get anything better.

Or maybe he saw your offer but wasn't ready to pull the trigger at the time, and then you moved on. I'd been offering Middleton for like over a month before he decided to take it.

it's especially questionable considering he just recently has been cleared to play road games now after his legal troubles.

i didn't like owning wes matthews one bit, gave me a headache with his inconsistency. his 3s and low turnovers where he holds all his value. giving you 10th round value so still rosterable. maybe i'd hold on to him if i didn't have other dumbasses like tauren prince putting up wildly inconsistent numbers. i can only have so many inconsistent dumbasses on my team. speaking of that, melo is barely ranked above wes matthews this season, what a disaster.
