It really depends on who vs who in the finals thou. Finals are KOTH.

Sepi shouldn't be allowed if he is.  Definitely T1 in my opinion.

Reason being is because the winner of this tournament is going to be crowned a new master. (Ill say thou after watching you beat Ripe yesterday I do think you have a chance.)

Furthermore we will be dropping inactive master tag tolders after this tournament to make way for new master tag holders. So don't fret, soon you will probably have a master tag to!!!

As far as Im concerned sepi won last tier2 tournament (like a year ago vs yamon in final).
So why is he allowed to play if winner advances to tier 1?

That was an old tournament and it was my 1st month back. There was no "master tag challenge thread" back then and Sepi lost his master tag shortly after receiving it.

I'm using the tier 2 tournament as another route for players to receive a master tag. Since the master tag challenge thread is all but dead lately.

Furthermore after this tournament I plan to drop 1 or 2 more players from this list due to inactivity. We will continue to host Tier 2 tournaments until we have 10 active master tag holders, and we will continue to drop old master tag holders that fail to record at least 1 ladder game a month.   

No master tag holders are allowed to play in the tier 2 tournament and  So theoretically even Viruz could play in this tournament since he has no master tag. (thou don't worry, I would be shocked if he ever showed)

The Tier 2 tournament isn't the same as the Tier 3 tournament.

Viruz doesn't really play war2.
When I msg the guy he never responds. When he does log on he plays for maybe 1-2 weeks then quits again for months on end. Im not rewarding players this inconsistent.
I do think your overestimating viruz a lot. The only master tag holder he would be able to beat in a bo7 map pool is maybe knitterhemd.
