Lan Party in Germany

Hello War2 community,

i try to organize a lan party in Germany. Everyone is welcome, i plan to make it happen in July, August or maybe when theres our Oktoberfest in munich. If people plan to stay abit longer, they can visit the ocotberfest or other stuff here in Germany.

I tryed to get a location which is alot more difficult than expected. I found  a few locations which are very expensive. So if anyone wants to donate some money to make that happen feel free. Last location i checked was around 600$ for 1 weekend. Also we need alot of other stuff so i dont think i can donate that all by myself.
In the past we were lucky and had locations for free... bad luck not this time.

If that lan party wont happen for what ever reason .... money goes back obviously.

I plan that everyone arrives on friday. Also i can pick them up on airport or at the train station if needed.
Friday we gonna drink some beers, gettin known to each other and play some war2. On Saturday we have a poker tourney, war2 tourney and in the evening we go out partying somewhere. On Sunday we chill and hang out till everyone goes back home.

I got a trip to portugal planned in July so I'm booked for july/august.
But I would be willing to possibly come in late September or October.

Cool tora, would be cool if you could make it! Also whenever i got enough donation to plan things, ill put up a poll for some dates to focus on.
After that i can add everyone to a huge whats app group and make things clear. ( where to meet and stuff etc... )

it's great Medivh and Burnt allready donated for our lan party. That makes me feel that those guys take it serious to make it, if the date is cool with everyone.
Gleip said he wants to donate too.
Very cool if we got a bit more donation and i can put up a date poll and everyone can vote which date for that lan party suits most.
We plan the party from friday - sunday so u guys need vacation friday till monday. I think thats possible for everyone.
whos also interessted to come?
So far; Jesk, Arthi, Alf, Gleip, Zeke, Tabac, Medivh, Ripe, Burnt, Tora, are interessted to come.
Hopefully we can get: Its_hot_in_here, Hawk, Krauser, Manzon, Ana to come too.

Im sure i forgot a few... please lemme know whos also interessted to come?!

Hey guys, summer it will be impossible for me to come. But if it is at the end of September beginning of October combined with Octoberfest I would be highly motivated to participate!
And actually a visit at Munich is something I have in my list to do 😄

Anyone is invited even hamster and lisa ;-)
But i think our schwedish friends need to get in contact with them. For now i focus on active players... whenever we settle a date, inactive players will be contaced also.
