Mouse moves to other screen - win10

I have a problem with my War2. When I scroll my mouse to the edge of the screen, it keeps going onto my other screen. I never had this issue with Windows 7 - it's like War2 is running in windowed mode in Windows 10. The only fix I've found is to disable my second screen when I war2 (very annoying). Anyone have a better solution?

I think I ran into this using a Radeon setting.  Could flip it on and off when in full screen mode.
