Need Help, war2 programmers

Hello
when im on war2 and alt tabbing to windows and return to war2 my comp gets froze alot. When that happens i got to restart my comp.
I thought its my own problem because i got a very newb comp. But i wonder because ive seen a few more people who said the same. Anyone know about the issue?
Could it be a programmer mistake? or is it just my computer?

Well its totally depends, do you use a color fix? What version  of windows do you use?

well i use the colourfix which is biult in the newest version of war2... and im using windows 7

my windows 7 pc crashes also...but not with just war2 sometimes it will restart/hang on other games.im blaming my mobo or ram or ps.

Happens to me quite frequently as well, but a simple alt+f4 closes war2 and unfreezes my computer.  I'm guessing this doesn't work for you?

yeah i get the same freeze. there is nothing i can do except plug pull to reset it

We had a discussion about this some time ago that never got anywhere :< http://forum.war2.ru/index.php/topic,715.0.html I remember back in the golden days of bnet and Win XP this used to be an occasional problem for me, but I don't think it's ever happened to me since war2combat/ru

Hi, well I use Linux so I don't have this specific problem... but have you tried to run war 2 in compatibility mode for xp?

This happens to me a bit too, at least one every time I play, I usually alt tab to set music up during hall and at least once my system will totally freeze.
