Tier 1-2-3 lists

Its not even about if its too much work. I'm very skeptical as to how many players would actually take an active roll in participating in something like this or reporting their wins and what not.
How about something like a month long tournament? For instance we could begin it on the 1st Sunday of every month. You guys can have 1 week to face your respective opponents. Here is an example of how the bracket would look,

Keep your lovely yamon if you really want, but swift need to be add in it.

Spreading it out over that long of a period can lead to people on different timezones both saying they were waiting to play each other, and time is up, who advances?

I think it could end up pretty messy in that long of a period.

I have seen the Russian community pull off a successful one like that though a long time ago. So who knows, could try it, maybe with the cash incentive they would try to actually play their matches.

Yeah I do think players will play each other if there are incentives. Could it fall flat of course.
But a lot players are complaining that they cant play in a single day tournament due to time constraints.

Extending the tournament over a certain amount of time seems like the best solution. 

For each tournament create a subforum.  Each round gets a thread.  Activity in the thread attempting to schedule the match can be used as evidence for forfeiture if the match hasnt been played by the allotted time.  Extending the tournament over time can also allow for longer series.

1.problem is that few people in this list is not playing fe viruz but he still can own
2. problem is that lot of people  know well only one map fe lego
3. problem is that few people are better in diffrent maps fe spb on gow he is bad but on hsc he is good

I really dont know why yamon got added to this. He didnt earn anything or proved anything by beating anyone good in series. I do not complain since im facing him and i know i got the easiest pick. ( just wondering why he got added )

Second of all i dont have internet at the moment. ( got no internet 2 weeks now ) some technical support is coming this week. Hopefully he can get my internet running again. Whenever i will return ( i hope this week) i will play yamon because brackets say so.
Only using my smartphone to check the forums at the moment.

Kunkka wasn't very good. I had to go especially light on him, and do B- moves.

I would recommend Tier 3.

not to mention 90% of the players mentioned in the tiers are more or less inactive/rustish. the tier system could literally change dramatically if all players spent 4-5 days playing solid war2.

He tried to trick everyone, by handpicking players he had winning records vs on certain names, meanwhile he often times had losing records vs those same players on different names.

Example, posted 8-6 vs jesk but in reality ladder seems to show it as 12-20 when you add in his other names.

Only real difference I see from everyones list from my own is the addition 00steve to tier 1. And maybe ywfn demoted to tier 3 and Soh~Donger to tier 2. Also a alot of players put foonat at tier 1. Anyone other additions anyone would like to add?

greenagenda, spb, ogremage, twn-cancel, doritoe can play with those other tier 2s but arent really the same level.  cancel is like tier 4 tbh.  but if youre doing tourneys it should really be "tier 1" and "tier not 1"; don't need too many different levels for that...
