yeah but theyre your secondary techs.  basically, your main focus is on indy tech and your next focus is on those, if you can afford them. at end of set (like on sunday when everything is selling for $1200 or whatever) it's easy to stock up on them, and worth it if you still have 360 turns on hand like i would.  also, all week i do buy the bus/res as a commie if i see it up there for cheap, but not if i see it expensive

that's pretty much what i'm doing. i got 40k indie tech at the moment and 11k each of business and residental. but i'd imagine military tech would be important as well?

But it is true. Many "citizens" are not citizens at all, but illegally here, and many people that are citizens want nothing to do with their nation or the betterment of their communities. I'm no ethno-nationalist, or fascist, but I do suppose I can be considered a nationalist. I don't partake well to labels though. Ideology is always poison. I digress!
