WIP -- basically it duplicates the functionality of war_mast3r's app, it chimes when games are created (instead of when they end like you suggested) and can monitor all new games or specific maps only**. In my tests it detects new games within 1-3 seconds of hosting so should still give enough time to join them. Also supports monitoring any map containing x word (e.g. "chop" or "bgh") for maps that have 9230842 different versions. Post feedback here.

** must remove "All maps" from the right side list first or it will override the maps you select

Helps you get into higher management/administrative roles within the enterprise. At the end of the day, you still work in business which has budgetary and revenue targets. A MBA degree will help prep you for these kinds of leadership roles. Because let's face it, very few companies let alone large enterprises are going to let a person without any business training manage contracts/projects worth millions of dollars.
