what does "supporting" a different version require? nothing right? you just leave it there 
at least, new features will not be added to old version(s).
If format of incoming data changed, i will fix the actual status script, but will not care of old versions, so it can become non-functional...
If you like old design more than new, you should ask mouse to update the new one or to make several styles for it.
That's how things happen everywhere. Old styles becomes unavailable some time later...
