for those that say it is Twitch tough, you literally just download Twitch Studio Beta (https://www.twitch.tv/broadcast/studio), open it up, and start streaming....done. The two downsides i've found with TSB is (a) i couldn't find any setting to delay, and (b) it would stream the lobby as a black screen, but the actual game streamed fine. So if you don't mind people not seeing chat lobby or any game delay, this is absolutely easiest method. If you want these extra features, you need to go with OBS and there is a step by step tutorial on the forum.

Im using PgUp as start stream and pgDn to turn off it, also i added black screen if i alt tab  home/end
