Thanks to iL's suggestion  .... I think I just found the solution.

We need to contact BuRnT immediately.

1) Tell him to log into his server.war2.ru facebook page (or give me the password to the server.war2.ru facebook account)
2) Go to    https://www.facebook.com/pages/Warcraft-2/108198202547978   
3)  click on "   29,025 people like this topic"  and see every single person that liked it
4) start friend requesting all 30,000 of them under the server.war2.ru facebook account

even if only 1% get on the server... we got 300 new players who have already played the game before.

5) to let BuRnT invite us to this group (yes, i have a facebook account also) and give us some privileges to admin it.

Then we could make some announcements as i understand and people will see that in their news.
6) to add button "login using facebook" to our forum. And also a facebook button "i like this" on forum. And also a block "our group in facebook" on server.war2.ru or forum.

But i'd prefer to make our stuff working before inviting newbies:
1. to upgrade bnet to lastest stable version and apply most planned features
2. to update combat to make it fully compatible with win7-8-10, with no palette, UAC or SS problems.
3. to release some kind of antihack + portforwarding software.
Then we will be 100% ready to invite new players and be sure they will not leave.

burnt's facebook account was banned for spamming, therefore he was gone from all the groups and the admin powers were distributed to some randoms apparently xd

This is why my facebook group got deleted. I have already been attempting this, and some people decide to report you for not knowing you. It sucks. Also if you want to send them just a regular message to show up in their inbox, it will go to a different box that most people won't notice.

The guy who is admin now will give it back to me, I just lost contact with it when Occult Forums went down. It's Frostbitten, you guys all know him the poker guy. He use to be a server.war2.ru admin for awhile too, Idk if he still is. Just waiting for him to put me back again

Yeah I still think it should be attempted though, adding 1-2 a day. I think a account would survive that way.
