Recently there was a player who needed the admin to do a 1 minute task ( reset his nick as he didn't have the password)
The player/customer/client asked the admin 22 times over 14 months to do the 1 minute job
9 times various admin told him they would do it . He is still waiting

That's just one example

It's no offence to the current admin , we just need new blood who are motivated
