9 rolls over to grunts without too much trouble but is a more capable player than the others.  11 usually farms off his own gold, 2 tries to send men straight down to 5 and gets stuck in his own base, 6/8 get stuck at the back of 5.  i forget if 9 gets stuck in back of 5 too, maybe, but youve got grunts anyway and i think it's the best target

I am of the mind that it is smart to kill as many as possible before they get lust/air/magic etc, and aside from 12/5 which tech insanely fast obviously for air, the other spots all tech within a few minutes of each other except for 9 which lags far behind every spot - I think as long as you dont plan on having the total game drag on too long, then for the most part 9 is irrelevant.
