Yeah I got it working for us we need to use a loader for pvpgn war3 to work.

You have to use a loader.
There has to be something that is checking the servers added and the loader will bypass it. Something like that, for years I thought I was setting up my pvpgn for war2 wrong but turns out you need a loader for war3 on pvpgn.
